Lately I have been making Smoothies in the morning because fruit has a lot of fiber and fiber helps you poop and I need help sometimes doing that.
Perhaps that is TMI for you but everyone poops. Except sometimes me.
Which brings me back to the importance of fiber.
It’s important.
(FYI I used to work at Smoothie King and all of their fruit is soaked in sugary syrup aside from the bananas…those smoothies are a dieters nightmare!!!)
In my morning smoothies I use organic frozen peaches, white nectarines, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, raspberries, Orange or apple Juice, fresh banana, greek yogurt, and honey.
They are delicious. And I would know because I am an expert on delicious.

I also like that my smoothie sparkles in the sunshine like Edward Cullen’s tortured soul.
Here is another smoothie I made that was just as delicious but noticeably less Twilight-themed…

And here are some gorgeous roses I bought that totally match my smoothie color scheme.

You should eat more fruit.
And buy flowers.
You deserve it.

If you are at all concerned about GMOs…
You should perhaps check out the documentary “The Future of Food.”
(The Future Of Food offers an in-depth investigation into the disturbing truth behind engineered foods that have quietly filled U.S. grocery store shelves for the past decade)
Really eye-opening and scary stuff….

You can watch it here on HULU for free: http://www.hulu.com/watch/67878/the-future-of-food#
