Salmon is one of my favorites.
After you drizzle fresh roasted garlic butter all over it and bake it to fishy perfection, it is nothing less than a stunner.
S-t-u-n-n-a-h!
That moment when you stick your fork into your perfectly prepared filet and pull it back with the flakiest, most tender, gorgeous bite of fish imaginable is like nothing else.
Well, except of course when you put that perfect bite into your salivating mouth and your eyes roll back into your head so hard you think they might get stuck.
That’s pretty great too.
