One of my besties Katie, was kind enough to bring me a tasty fish burrito from Baja Burrito last week and it basically made my day.

This foil-wrapped wonder contains fried tilapia, rice, cabbage, white-sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, & pico,(for the record, I told the guy over the phone to add guacamole AND extra guacamole after that…and he forgot…completely)
The burritos are so tasty fresh there that although the lack of guacamole initially pissed me off, it was still really awesome without it.
It’s always been a challenge for me to get a super great shot of burritos because A.) I devour them so quickly and B.) my camera isn’t all that special C.) burritos are just plain messy!
Go visit Baja Burrito. TRIPLE ASK FOR GUACAMOLE! And then double check…
